Things the corpus taught us that apply across every category — including the two that contradicted what we believed when we started.
- Most software complaints are commercially worthlessComplaints about money collapse to 0.00 wherever the employer buys and the employee uses, against 0.12–0.16 where the reviewer pays. One number sizes a market.
- How we killed our best idea with more dataA thesis from 29 complaints across 6 apps survived a second look, then collapsed to 1.7% at 58 apps. The signature of a false thesis is specific and easy to test.
